If someone would clean up this post it probably would get more traction. It's not Renogy and the reviews are wonky but there's a 90 day return, a 2 year manufacturer warranty , a $25 optional extended warranty and a $700 plus price tag at the blue hardware store. Big enough to power a TV if boondocking
I'd say 0 stars for the title, 5 stars for the deal.
The item is not a battery, it's a portable power station. I clicked on this thread thinking I would see a deal a sizeable 12v LiFePo4 battery. Nope.
But the deal is great! As per the manual, this unit contains 550Wh of 21700 Lithium Ion batteries. Depending on the make/model, the internal cells alone could be worth the $200.
I've been looking for an inexpensive, portable UPS unit capable of keeping a CPAP running overnight with the all of the bells and whistles enabled. That's about 35W/hr or 280Wh for 8 hours' sleep. Add 20% for DC-to-AC conversion losses and another 20% for safety margin and we find that a battery rated at least 400Wh is required. This unit's 550Wh will be more than enough, and this unit does feature pass-through power so it may be perfect for use with a CPAP.

It is a battery, with a built-in pure sine wave power inverter and DC outputs.
I emailed them to ask if the charge controller is MPPT. Their reply was not clear but seemed to say that there is no charge controller.
I'd love to see a review and possibly a tear down of this unit. The battery capacity and inverter size is bigger than anything else at this price point.

The product description says it is MPPT but does not have any useful info on what it supports (max V? Max W?) A review indicated it worked with his 110W panel.

Interesting. I had not noticed that before.
I wonder how their charge controller works. The car charging seems to back feed via the 12V outlet on the power station.
The customer service reply to my email asking about the charge controller was not clear at all.
This deal has come around a few times. Not sure why it does not generate more interest. There's more battery capacity and inverter capacity than anything else at this price point.
