Pay $40 for each $50 worth of The Cheesecake Factory® gift cards ("Discounted Gift Cards") purchased online at the cheesecakefactory.com during the Promotion Period (hereafter defined). "Promotion Period" means the period beginning September 21, 2022 at 3:01 EST and ending when 25,000 Discounted Gift Cards have been purchased. Limitations apply (see below).


Fine Print: Subject to availability. No more than 25,000 gift cards will be available in conjunction with this promotion. Offer may be changed or terminated at any time. $50.00 gift card increments must be purchased during the Promotion Period, online in a single transaction. Promotional offer is only valid on purchase amounts up to $500 (full face value) per customer. May not be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer. Neither The Cheesecake Factory Restaurants, Inc. nor its affiliates are responsible for any inability to purchase gift cards during the Promotion Period, regardless of cause, and will not provide rain checks or other 'make goods' in the event of any such inability.



The Cheesecake Factory® gift card ("Card") can be used at any of The Cheesecake Factory® restaurants in the United States (including Puerto Rico) or online at thecheesecakefactory.com. Card may not be used to pay for delivery facilitated by third parties.



Please safeguard Card as it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. The Card does not expire or accrue fees. Except where required by law, the Card cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash. Card balances cannot be transferred onto or used to purchase other gift cards. Where prohibited by law, you cannot use the Card to pay for alcoholic beverages.
