Not directly related to the deal, but you can buy a pack of switches online to replace your broken one, you'll need a desoldering tool (braid or pump) soldering iron and solder. Will reduce e-waste. Usually the replacement switch has much higher durability rating than the oem installed switch.
EVGA ending Nvidia partnership because Nvidia being a jerk
EVGA has the lowest AIB price - even let u queue up to get the cheapest possible card during covid time, best customer service, step-up program now name me another company that offers half of those service.

I'm curious how well this would work with CAD software? I like a fairly quiet button clicks and scroll wheel.

Good, bad... what's the deal with this mouse? I need to replace my razer taipan because the right button is freaking out man.
I don't know about the X12 but the X17 fails pretty badly due to the plastic axle inside the scroll wheel. My X17 just died. https://www.reddit.com/r/TEAMEVGA...mes_loose/

Holy crap, it took me an hour just to wade through registration, slow loading screens, funky UI that wouldn't load half the time. Almost not worth it for the time sink alone!

I'm not very mechanically inclined. I have a soldering iron and have tried my hand at soldering. Usually after I solder something the thing no longer works. I've got a black thumb when it comes to electronic repairs.

I don't think he was suggesting that to save bucks. Purely for reducing e-waste. I have a drawer full of gaming mice with double-clicking issues and at this point, I am seriously thinking about spending some time to do as he suggested - primarily because e-waste is a big challenge of our times.

Given all the recent news, I hate to not support EVGA; however, Logitech G502 Hero is the mouse you want.
I wouldn't recommend the G502 Hero. I have 2 of them, regrettably I bought them both during the same sale. Their right mouse button keeps breaking and it repeatedly clicks when I only click once. It is such a pain when playing games, or doing something that requires a single right-click.

In case you ever want to try again there are three mistakes newbies make a lot: not using enough Flux, and not keeping their hand on a stable surface, and applying pressure to the joint.

Flux helps with the heart transfer significantly. Be ready to clean it though. You can use too much, but you're going to have a much worse time not using enough. Get a plumber type dispenser.

Don't expect your hand to be stable enough by its own power to keep the top steady on the joint. Most of us don't have the stability of a surgeon. Rest your hand on the table, it was built specifically to be sturdy for you.

Don't push the top into the joint, beat practice is actually too not even touch the top to the joint. Heat transfer should be enough in most cases just by making contact with the tin on the tip.

Hope this helps. These tips changed my capability in showing drastically and they have turned around every person I've had to teach that was struggling.

Good luck

What's a good wired mouse that won't try to keep installing software and has zero on-board storage? I own a Razer Basilisk that has those issues. My work computer is not supposed to connect to any wireless device or USB storage, for security purposes.

I really wish I could find a mouse that had the buttons on the side as well as on the top like my Logitech G300s
I send emails to Logitech every now and then asking them to update that mouse. All I want is an updated sensor. Everything else is perfect as-is unless you want the thumb buttons too. Hell, get rid of the lights while you're at it!
