While this item is refurbished, it's refurbished by the manufacturer and comes with a 2-year Allstate/SquareTrade warranty in case there are any problems. Also it's a table, so it's not like there's all that much that can go wrong with it

Ah, that sounds awesome! I've always got makeshift hardware/tool stashes hanging out on awkward random flat surfaces…to go with my makeshift work tables where whatever I 'm working on is perpetually teetering on the brink of falling. It would be so much less stressful to have dedicated room to work.
