I buy so many damn movies from Gruv and it still blows my mind that the website looks like it's from the mid 2000s. Especially since it's Universal's store

I've always found their customer service excellent, willing to replace any busted cases or bad discs without hesitation!

Agree. They replaced my $70 Xena dvd set bc the case was busted and I didn't have to send the other back.
