No, fine print does not say that. Inside Track Members get early access to sales starting Thursday and coupon not good on Inside Track memberships. Other than that, this is a general use coupon(s) that I received via email.

Sale starts Friday for non-Inside Track shoppers.
Sale starts Thurs for Inside Track members.

Inside track members have already had the coupon mailed to them. Although, once in the store and checking out; the coupon will be automatically applied to an item when you give them the number associated with the account.

For those that don't pay the yearly membership fee (sale starts the 23rd), the homepage (linked by the OP) showes you the coupon at the top. Click the red coupon and it will take you to a page with three coupons for the various savings.

If that knock-off wrench was $15 then it's worth a try. At $40, I am better off buying the real knipex. Just my view.

I had my eye on the 2HP dust collector. It was $229 just a few months ago. Now it is $299.

The ICON locking flex head kit is one of the nicest pieces of equipment I've ever purchased from HF, and is also one of the nicer pieces of equipment in my tool cart. The mini ratchet is made very well, the swivel head locks in place vs flopping around, the bits are nice, and the modularity and different configurations it can be used in are wonderful.

As has been noted elsewhere, Harbor Freight is taking a page out of MAC and Matco's book of badge engineering on their ICON line and most of their ICON stuff is overpriced for what you're actually getting, you can find a ton of the same identical tools on Amazon at a fraction of the price. That said, there are some gems, and the flex head ratchet and bit set is one of them.
