These earbuds are incredibly good. When I ordered from Secondipity a few months ago they were about $115 and I have LOVED them.

FYI they will come in some pretty crappy packaging, but I stopped caring about the packaging as soon as they were connected.

I use these during Ketamine treatments for ptsd where any outside noise can be really disturbing, so noise canceling is massively important, and these block out a ton. Not 100% (none do) but so much that it's a "wow" every time I'm in a noisy place (recently an airplane with a crying baby 1 seat ahead) and activate noise canceling.

Also, I used to use the Sony xm4 headphones, but had a problem where they stopped charging. Dealing with Allstate/Squaretrade was a piece of cake. They refunded every penny after two years of consyant use within a week of sending them in for repair.

In short, I'd buy these again in a heartbeat.

The M4's are better than the 3's, they are more comfortable and the original ear tips are better than the M3's and even better than comply tips in my opinion. The M4's are my daily, I got the spigen case and use a #2 S beaner clipped to my belt loop and have never lost or misplaced them. The only thing better is over the ear headphones so for my use at work, errands, and around the house these are awesome. If you don't like them there is still a 30 day return window (but you pay shipping). I bet you won't return them tho.

I got these last time, and so far disappointed. Sound is not bad, but ANC is pretty subpar. I used them side by side with the Bose QC earbuds and those are way better at blocking out noise than these (got them for almost the same price for both). However, the Bose are pretty bulky (the earbuds AND the case) almost comically so.

These are more comparable to the Jabra 75Ts, but slightly better. I like the Sony's when I'm on the go, and the Bose for when it's pretty loud around me at the office.
Excuse me. Which one is more comfortable between Sony and Bose? I'm debating to get which one. Mostly for 2-5 hours transportation. My AirPods are extremely uncomfortable for long time use. Thanks.

I've never had an issue. Also I'd never stand, at least in front of a microwave. Grab an EMF meter. One can pick up a reading over 15ft away.
Only because the electronics generate a lot of noise. As far as the microwave escaping? That's painfully simple to block. They just leave a small channel in the door that is of the correct width to cancel out the wave.

How are these compared to Galaxy Buds that were here for ~$25? I realize we're talking different tiers here, but thought it might be a good idea to flip Buds and get these instead.

Those having issues with the coupon from here on SD, you have two options:
1. type it out, then copy/cut the text. you might be copying some junk data or an invisible space and it's being put into your clipboard.

2. If you're on mobile, there's a "Take $17.85 off this item" right under the price & delivery estimate on the listing, it's also got the promo code which can be directly applied to the cart which will show up when you cart and begin the checkout process.

As for replacement tips, I take it everyone recommends Comply's as usual?
For those with coupon problems, I finally figured it out!

Go check the address for your eBay account, account settings -> personal info -> address

Make sure it is a US based one, otherwise you cannot use the coupon due to the fine print.

Alternative solution is to check out as guest.

How do these compare to AirPod pro or jabra?
i have both airpod pro (original) and xm4, previously had xm3s as well.
xm4 is way better than xm3
xm4 sound better than airpod pro

But if i had only to choose 1, i would choose airpod pro, because they are more compact and comfortable.

I got these in the last one for ≈$120. Great earbuds, top notch sound, noise cancelling is awesome. Capacative touch always annoys me, and the size of them catches the wind, so no ambient when biking. They don't fit my girlfriend's ears, which doesn't matter, but you may want to exercise caution if you have smaller ears. Their size is what provides the passive noise cancelling, so it's really about where your priorities lie.

I bought these when there was a deal from secondipity awhile back. I need to find some new ear tips or something because these things fall out of my ears all the time these days. I didn't recall it initially being this bad, but maybe I just was excited for new buds and not paying much attention. My fiancé has Airpod pros and I seem to prefer those and the way they fit, and honestly may be buying a pair and getting rid of the XM4s. I would also mention that to compound these falling out of my ears, if I notice it coming loose and go to push them back in, I'm then changing from ANC to ambient or pausing my music playing.

I would like to note I don't have really small ears and don't tend to have issues making buds work. My fiancé does have smaller ears and the airpods pros work really well for her. Although we are talking a 70 dollar price difference between these models at the price these are being sold for, maybe something to consider for those who tend to have ear bud fit issues due to size.

I bought these a few days ago before this deal and separately own Jabra Elite Active 75t, Powebeats Pro, and Surface Earbuds.

I'm not sure why, but the xm4 lacks volume and bass. It sounds clear enough, but they're notably quieter than all the others (no real data besides sitting down and switching throughout all the earbuds on the same ultra HD song and a separate bass test; I even switched between foam and rubber eartips).

I bought the xm4 to enjoy ldac and hd streaming, but not seeing a point yet. The Powebeats with the hooks are clunky but perfect for working out, the surface earbuds have a good microphone and are for work and meetings, the Jabra have punchy bass and loud volume and great for gaming and music, and was hoping for the xm4 to be the perfect balance for everything.

I read that the most recent software update messed up the bass, so if you get a pair I don't recommend updating the software (I updated right when I got them so didn't have a chance to compare).

Edit: to increase the volume you need to download the app and change the controls on the headphones so that you increase volume when tapping the earbuds. Bass is still non existent, but at least the volume can go up a bit (still quieter than the rest).

From the instructions: "In the factory settings, you cannot adjust the volume on the headset. Adjust the volume on the connected device. If you are unable to adjust the volume on the connected device, install the "Sony | Headphones Connect" smartphone app and adjust the volume in the app.
When you use the "Sony | Headphones Connect" app, you can assign the volume adjustment function on the touch sensor of the headset."

Is it easy to switch between devices such as a android phone and android tablet? I have JBL blue tooth buds. I like them a lot but switching between devices is a real pain.

With applicable taxes, it came out to 108.71 using the coupon.
However, I used PayPal Credit and they gave me an additional $20 dollars off. My total cost will be $88.71. Now that's a slick deal!

I did get it several months earlier at a higher price and it came almost new minus the packaging. its easily among the top tier IEM and works well with Macbook pro/iphone as well. At this price I dont think there is anything better. Of course if you need something for fitness where you sweat a lot, something with better IP rating like Jabra would be better(I also prefer ones with button while jogging). But this is fantastic and great deal at this price and I highly recommend secondipity and also All State warranty which I had to use for WH XM4(over the year) when the headband broke. Whole warranty process was completed with 4-5 days.
