FYI they will come in some pretty crappy packaging, but I stopped caring about the packaging as soon as they were connected.
I use these during Ketamine treatments for ptsd where any outside noise can be really disturbing, so noise canceling is massively important, and these block out a ton. Not 100% (none do) but so much that it's a "wow" every time I'm in a noisy place (recently an airplane with a crying baby 1 seat ahead) and activate noise canceling.
Also, I used to use the Sony xm4 headphones, but had a problem where they stopped charging. Dealing with Allstate/Squaretrade was a piece of cake. They refunded every penny after two years of consyant use within a week of sending them in for repair.
In short, I'd buy these again in a heartbeat.

These are more comparable to the Jabra 75Ts, but slightly better. I like the Sony's when I'm on the go, and the Bose for when it's pretty loud around me at the office.
1. type it out, then copy/cut the text. you might be copying some junk data or an invisible space and it's being put into your clipboard.
2. If you're on mobile, there's a "Take $17.85 off this item" right under the price & delivery estimate on the listing, it's also got the promo code which can be directly applied to the cart which will show up when you cart and begin the checkout process.
As for replacement tips, I take it everyone recommends Comply's as usual?

xm4 is way better than xm3
xm4 sound better than airpod pro
But if i had only to choose 1, i would choose airpod pro, because they are more compact and comfortable.

I would like to note I don't have really small ears and don't tend to have issues making buds work. My fiancé does have smaller ears and the airpods pros work really well for her. Although we are talking a 70 dollar price difference between these models at the price these are being sold for, maybe something to consider for those who tend to have ear bud fit issues due to size.
I'm not sure why, but the xm4 lacks volume and bass. It sounds clear enough, but they're notably quieter than all the others (no real data besides sitting down and switching throughout all the earbuds on the same ultra HD song and a separate bass test; I even switched between foam and rubber eartips).
I bought the xm4 to enjoy ldac and hd streaming, but not seeing a point yet. The Powebeats with the hooks are clunky but perfect for working out, the surface earbuds have a good microphone and are for work and meetings, the Jabra have punchy bass and loud volume and great for gaming and music, and was hoping for the xm4 to be the perfect balance for everything.
I read that the most recent software update messed up the bass, so if you get a pair I don't recommend updating the software (I updated right when I got them so didn't have a chance to compare).
Edit: to increase the volume you need to download the app and change the controls on the headphones so that you increase volume when tapping the earbuds. Bass is still non existent, but at least the volume can go up a bit (still quieter than the rest).
From the instructions: "In the factory settings, you cannot adjust the volume on the headset. Adjust the volume on the connected device. If you are unable to adjust the volume on the connected device, install the "Sony | Headphones Connect" smartphone app and adjust the volume in the app.
When you use the "Sony | Headphones Connect" app, you can assign the volume adjustment function on the touch sensor of the headset."
However, I used PayPal Credit and they gave me an additional $20 dollars off. My total cost will be $88.71. Now that's a slick deal!
