These earbuds are incredibly good. When I ordered from Secondipity a few months ago they were about $115 and I have LOVED them.

FYI they will come in some pretty crappy packaging, but I stopped caring about the packaging as soon as they were connected.

I use these during Ketamine treatments for ptsd where any outside noise can be really disturbing, so noise canceling is massively important, and these block out a ton. Not 100% (none do) but so much that it's a "wow" every time I'm in a noisy place (recently an airplane with a crying baby 1 seat ahead) and activate noise canceling.

Also, I used to use the Sony xm4 headphones, but had a problem where they stopped charging. Dealing with Allstate/Squaretrade was a piece of cake. They refunded every penny after two years of consyant use within a week of sending them in for repair.

In short, I'd buy these again in a heartbeat.

The M4's are better than the 3's, they are more comfortable and the original ear tips are better than the M3's and even better than comply tips in my opinion. The M4's are my daily, I got the spigen case and use a #2 S beaner clipped to my belt loop and have never lost or misplaced them. The only thing better is over the ear headphones so for my use at work, errands, and around the house these are awesome. If you don't like them there is still a 30 day return window (but you pay shipping). I bet you won't return them tho.

Bought these 1 year ago from same seller for $168 for reference. They sounds excellent for the most part BUT there is a weird springy metallic sound during podcasts and when teeth clamp. 🤔. Been annoying since the start and just sent then in for warranty. That was a somewhat clunky process but they are fixing or sending new ones now....fingers crossed the issue is gone with the next ones...Overall I'd recommend them and can verify the warranty seems to be real Fwiw.

Same, also had this issue and sent mine back. Not sure how common it is, the buds are perfect in every other way but I'm hesitant to give them another try.

I just got these in today. Noise cancellation is a plus and works well, but it seems to drain the battery much faster. I got these since I needed another pair and have solely been using the original Samsung Galaxy buds (not even pros) and they've been great. Sound wise, the Sony's have more clear audio and the bass is very clean...while my gen 1 buds were tinny when I upped the bass.

You can change the settings in the app which is good. I was afraid of the fit, since they are fairly big, but they sit comfortably on the ear and they won't come off unless you really made super abrupt movements. For this price, it's well worth it, but any more, I wouldn't say it's so significant to cheaper galaxy buds.

I just got mine today. It only came with 6 eartips, all of which were foam?

Why no silicone eartips? That's what I used with my XM3s and I got my XM3s from this same seller in refurbed condition and it came with a ton of eartips in a small clam shell case.

Design change, new XM4s only come with foam tips.

FYI, the new foam tips suck, the XM3 ear tips will fit those XM4. I got mine today, seemed to be comply foam ear tips on them along with 2 sets of regular ear tips, very thankful since I had bought replacement tips.

I got mine today as well, but it seems I got a defective unit. The case isn't charging properly and constantly overheating (red blinking light). I've tried different USB chargers and USB-C cables to see if that would fix the issue, but no luck.

Hopefully the return/exchange policy is still easy with Secondipity.

I would love to hear how these sound compared to the fiil earbuds. I have been wanting to upgrade but the fiils are amazing and I haven't found much better.
Just got them today, in pretty much new condition. They sound good but wasn't blown away by them/ or really haven't heard the top of the line earbuds I guess.
I have to dig out my fiil's to compare but if I remember them I was like "these are only 30 bucks!" or whatever cheap price they were.
Sony does have a pretty involved app when you start them, very professional, comfy so far but a little too bright, I haven't messed with the EQ though.

I returned mine. Earwax embedded in the filter mesh and inside the tips. Surface scratched up and dented as it clearly had been dropped several times. The installed tips were very cracked and worn. Also smelled like cigarette smoke.

I'd love to buy another pair and see if I have better luck, but the code only works once per account.

How do these compare to the jabra 7 pros that are on FP right now?

I got a pair with cracker dry ear tips and the charger filled with dry ear wax. Ordered some new tips on Amazon to try, but I might just return them instead.

I am using this in the office right now and I've toggled back and forth between ambient sound and noise cancelling and I can still hear folks from 8 feet way clicking on their mouse. Essentially, noise canceling isn't doing much for me.
So, did I get a dud or am I not setting these up correctly?

Returning mine as well. The left earbud of mine had a noticeable hum, like the sound of a low wind, in both the noise cancelling and ambient mode. Paired with different devices and even tried a factory reset, but the issue still persisted.

I was able to get the NC to work by repowering the headphones in the case. Hope I don't have to do this everytime.

I will say that if you're new to noise cancelling, it doesn't work like magic and won't be able to completely silence everything, but you should hear a noticeable difference between the noise cancelling and ambient modes. When NC is active everything will sound more muted/muffled. I'd also run that Sony app test to determine if sound is bleeding through the buds due to wearing the incorrect tip size.
