Reps for 2A post. Had to look up the reticle design outside of listing, it's a cluttered horseshoe design AR specific 2nd focal plane. Seems there a 2nd gen release for 2022, not sure how to tell the difference for what is on sale here. Nice for a budget build, Slickdeals not the usual place for Q&A on such things. Have fun.

I bought the 1-8 for 280. It's a great scope for the price. The Burris scopes might be a better bang for buck according to reviewers

This is the 2nd gen and focuscamera is a solid dealer. Head over to /r/gundeals for some good stuff

Save a bit more and get the Burris RT-6. Night and day between the two and not much price difference.

Its 2nd focal plane, but still a great deal. As someone said the mounts pretty pricey as is.

Don't overlook that a decent mount is around $100. I think I bought a better mount than this, but it's still solid.

I have this on a beater scout rifle and it is good. Vortex has an amazing warranty.

Props for Slickdeals having some gun stuff. Used to be a good place for it. Gundeals on Reddit is the place I look now.
