Many reviews show the item that is shipped is most often a refurbished or used unit that's not even the 12 in 1, majority of displeased received a 10 in 1 refurb unit in aftermarket packaging and missing items !
Complaints of generic packaging, missing items, used, incorrect UPC codes, issues returning for a refund.

Other people had good luck though and received the right one and brand new I think.
As per the many reviews I read on Walmarts site, they were very clear in the fact Walmart was the seller. A comment was posted after your question essentially confirming what I've read there and wrote here today.
Might be worth the hassle if there was any guarantee you could replicate what the next commenter was able to do.
