The $15 shipping is flat rate.

It might not make sense if you're only buying one small item, but it's still just $15 for multiple item orders and large items, so if you load up, the shipping break down per item won't be as bad.

The pump is nice, and I hated the screw on air connector at first, but it is more slim for airing up smaller tires on scooters. I really want that power inverter, and this seems like the best deal to come along for it, Thanks OP.

*edit the Air cannon is on sale for $67.49 also and it qualifies too

I was at the DTO location in ashville, NC last week. They had some great deals in vacuum cleaners and steamers but the tools seemed overpriced.
