This model is a fine option if you're already equipped with other Ryobi rechargeable products. However, I'd argue that for me it misses vs. the comparable DeWalt in at least one significant way: there's no option to operate this device off 12V. So you're completely at the mercy of your batteries. This is probably an acceptable limitation for many (especially at the low prices this device can sometimes reach), but my preference is to have one of these as a road trip emergency backup and the ability to switch to 12V power (in addition to other sources) gives me more peace of mind.

Part of the deal appears to be gone.

Thinking the same thing, and hear that they go on sale new for $50. Although, I can't confirm this. I have been holding out for the DeWalt version of the same thing, but if cheap enough I would bite on this.

Lol. The dual inflator had a DTO list price at $29.99 for well over a year. It was frequently at $23.99 when they had their 20% off sales. Shipping was half the cost it is now. Like anything if it sells well DTO will raise the list price so during the next sale, the new sale price is the same as the old list price. This has happened on dozens of items I've tracked. It gets to the point that you can find better deals on the same items at HD if you are patient.

Yeah, they're constantly monkeying with their prices. I ordered a surface cleaner on wheels once, it was marked down considerably from what HD had it. Well, after weeks of not shipping, they killed the order altogether due to it being out of stock. Wouldn't you know, it went back in stock on their site a few days later at about double what I had originally ordered it for.

No more DTO for me, not unless it's a practical steal.

Not enough discount IMHO. Prices are like $25.00 less than new at HD but HD comes with all the support and returns if needed, possibilities of coupons with HD card. Not enough discount for me, unless you're really stoked about the power thingy..

Honestly, by the time you figure in shipping, their sales aren't enough to make me buy when I can purchase most items I want at HD for same or cheaper brand new, at any given time.

DTO Web site is run by a bunch of amateurs. First it was $9 shipping, $13 shipping now $15? About 6 months ago these guys had some awesome deals on Ryobi tools. Now their sales promotions are just plain stupid.

This pump is great, love the two sides for inflating mattresses and floaties vs tires and bottle rockets! Just don't get it wet or the screen will die, and you'll have to guess the settings...

Now it's 15$ shipping? I stopped looking at the deals when they increased to 13.5$. Most of the stuff now it's better waiting for home depot deals.
