Increíble sound, it took me around 20 min to calibrate this set, but damn, I had the promedia 2.1 and this is a good improvement, not great, just good, but the sound is very clean but bass it's more flat, I like it tho, but the promedia 2.1 has more "dirty" bass which I prefer

My sentiment is the same. The clarity is really good but bass is not as heavy as the 2.1

I'm strongly considering these to replace some ancient Logitech 2.1 speakers. Some reviews are bad due to no external volume that is easily accessible. Any thoughts on that? For $180 it's hard to complain.

my Klipsch didnt have an on/off switch so i added one

The regular "Klipsch Promedia 2.1" can be had under 100. These are completely different Klipsch "heritage" Promedia 2.1. Supposed to sound better. And look much better.

Its a shame they don't make the 4.x version anymore with dual driver subwoofer, that was bass heavy, but the real peak was the ifi.
