If you're not in a hurry to get new screw drivers, I recommend to wait for the $20 deal to come back for the dual drivers; a full size and a miniature driver, both ratchet style. I keep the mini one in the kitchen and the full size in my tool box, that way I don't have to worry about messing with my tool set for small jobs in the house. This was the deal I got last year. https://slickdeals.net/f/15356677-milwaukee-9-in-1-square-drive-ratcheting-multi-bit-screwdriver-with-8-in-1-compact-ratcheting-multi-bit-screwdriver-48-22-2322c-19-97-and-free-shipping-home-depot

If a screwdriver didn't take a youtuber 3 years to make, I don't want it. /s

Filament ain't cheap, probably a few bucks for a plastic ratcheting mechanism that will break the first time you use it

I have this. The price isn't too great, but it is a helpful tool.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe these use one and a half inch length bits, which are hard to find replacements for. Most bits are either 1 in 2 in or 3 in.

Pretty sure that's what stopped me from buying this 6 months ago or so

Lots of deals on Filament. I printed it the other day, estimated cost of 18 cents (includes electricity). Used PLA+ and it seems sturdy enough, although of course it won't match up to a metal one.

Cheap filament is 2-3 cents per gram, are you saying you have a 9 gram screwdriver that can hold metal bits with any reasonable torque?

I got a 1KG spool of PLA+ from Monoprice for $13. As far as it holding up to any amount of torque, like I said, it hasn't broken so far, but I'm sure it isn't as strong as the metal one. It also costs about 1/50th the price. I just mentioned it in case people were interested, didn't really intend to start a whole debate about whether it is worth it 😂 Anyone with a 3D printer can spend a few minutes and see for themselves, or read reviews - https://www.printables.com/model/...r/comments

Wow that's small.

I'd probably lose the bits in walls but the size is ok for the tight jobs.

I'm a fan of the Ender 3 V2, it seems to always be $200 at Microcenter - https://www.microcenter.com/produ...3d-printer Or if you wait it goes on sale for around that much on Amazon every so often.

I picked this screwdriver up on the bundle with the larger one last time it was on sale. This driver is a great size for holding in your palm and rotating the driver with your fingers. That alone makes it great for jobs on ladders and any other time you need to ensure you don't drop your driver while rotating a screw. This is my goto for tasks around the house.
