I believe that since this 249g drone does not need to be registered with FAA, then it should not need to comply with the ADS-B requirement, but the FAA has been known to change drone rules on the fly.

I believe that since this 249g drone does not need to be registered with FAA, then it should not need to comply with the ADS-B requirement, but the FAA has been known to change drone rules on the fly.
