I had this monitor for a day and was really impressed. The colors and brightness were very good and it was much faster at powering on than the LG monitor I'm now using.
I sent it back because it's just too big for my desk. 32 is pretty ginormous, IMO.

I have two 34" I would recommend to get large pc desks , definitely worth a few hundred $. It's much more ergonomic to have good length and width so you can rest your arms fully on the desk. I can't wait till good oled 43 " Gaming monitors come out for around 1000$ that's an upgrade that will be well worth it, please come out with a 2k oled 240hz 43" monitor, I'll buy one after they are out for two years and are reasonably priced! lol.
Have the M32U, use it with PC and MacBook Pro. It's nice.
One weird thing is that when it goes to sleep/turn off, it won't wake back up from the computer unless I unplug/replug the DP<->Type C cable
I have the same issue with my Fi32Q. No idea what caused it. For me the screen just turned black while still on. I have to re-plug the DP cable to reset

I would love an oled but I'm worried about burn in because I can work on a longer document for hours and other than some of the words — the image is relatively the same the entire time. Also I would add curved to your wish list of features —but 43" is too big only becuase I think you would need to sit at a distance from a monitor that size
