Was looking for one of these chargers yesterday and came across this deal. Ultimately I decided to go with a monoprice one for a few bucks less https://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=42620

Small difference between these is the Anker can do 12 volts, and the Monoprice can only do 9 volts. But unless you know otherwise, most devices won't care about this

Spot on observation. Now an optional part of the Power Delivery specification, 12V is nonetheless a faster charging option for those devices which can support it. If someone has a device capable of drawing power at 12V I'd always recommend digging up the specifications to see if that option is supported (especially since being made optional for PD).
Though this device is pretty simple, here are the stated outputs. This isn't a device that reaches more wattage on one port, but simply dedicates 20W to each port regardless of the other. Also, no support for PPS here, not that this should be surprising for a device power output restricted to 20W.
Output: 5V ⎓ 2.4A / 9V ⎓ 2.22A / 12V ⎓ 1.5A (20W Max Per Port)

Very directly comparable if you don't need 12V support (which was never that common among phones, for example). In fact, for a number of devices that might default down to the 5V profile the MP model might provide a faster charge as it is rated for a higher current at 5V (so while the MP can do 15W charging at 5V, the Anker can only do 12W at 5V). Here's the Monoprice specs, for reference,
Output: 5V ⎓ 3A / 9V ⎓ 2.2A (20W Max Per Port)
I would point out that there have been some regular deals in this range (single USB-C at 18-20W per port) under the $10 mark, but if you needed something today for a couple of phones the MP device is plenty respectable for the price.
Personally, where I have laptops that would benefit from 45W support out a single port and phones that would benefit from PPS support, I'd be shopping for something with a bit more flexibility like this Insignia[bestbuy.com] to go on sale.
Good luck!
