A great price, but a unnecessary weight for most folks.

This is just an odd weight but kettlebell prices, in general, are so odd because they were invented in Imperial Russia, there are far more there, and their weight is measured in "poods". If you don't mind the weights being a bit odd kettlebells are much cheaper bought in fractions of poods (about 36lbs).

Usable for stretching exercises.

Shipping hurts this deal a little bit.

Great for rehab and other lightweight shoulder stuff, but it's not doing much for you with swings or squats, etc.

If you've got the equipment, I'm coming to hang out. I have ideas and a lot of junk to melt. ๐Ÿ˜

Use these for doorstops on garage to house door, and garage to outside door. Work great.

I found the handle way too small. I want to use two hands for swinging the kettlebell, but it was a bit awkward. Going to return it.

There's a ton of pre-hab, mobility, and rotator cuff work you can do with this.

Or, try walking 10 miles just carrying it. It will become a challenge.
