either everyone here about Best Buy is lying or im getting the worst reps.
one saying they can't access the site because its blocked. other 2 saying they can't because its an AD

Just keep trying. I was able to get price match at BestBuy in store. I went and asked if they price match weekly ads which they said they do and they pulled up Staples and found it on the weekly ad. Their system wouldn't let them match it lower than 300 dollars though they said, but a manager was able to override it for me to PM me at 279.00.

I tried chat yday and after 4 different reps, one of them was able to help me but chat disconnected when I tried to place an order in the same chat tab. Today, I tried 2 times before finding someone who would price match. They asked me to place the order and they will refund the difference of 150 + sales tax.

Since I never got the refund confirmation from Best Buy, I reached out and was told "Unfortunately, the information related with the case is informing us the your price match has been declined due to some price match policies, the reason on the case is indicating that was not eligible due to a buy 1 get 2 items."

This almost happened to me. I had asked the rep if I could order two and he stated no because of the policy. Was surprised to see so many people ordering multiple.
