Looks like those BB agents are catching on...The one I spoke to just referenced getting a bunch of requests from people today and aren't able to price match a weekly instore ad.
They send me payment link via Text for $169.99 because the system would not let him put it as 129.99 then he said order it and will issue $40 refund once done. I did. Somehow the goddam chat refreshed on my page and was gone. Now I have the ordered watch for $169.99 but no $40 refund. So I talk with another rep to reconnect me and he said no chat transcript exists for my order. I swear to god man this is unreal. Now telling me I have to cancel order and start again.

Here's what I do, for target/best buy:
- Tell them you want to price match a product
- Give them the SKU of the one you want to buy
- Target most times will have you add the product in the cart so they can see.
- Best Buy they only ask for the SKU
- When they ask for competitor/link
- Send them: www.staples.com/weeklyad [staples.com]
- It automatically redirects to the staplesconnect page
- Tell them it's on Page 8.
- Then wait to see if they approve or deny.
- If denied, thank them, end chat and try again.
- If approved, continue with the rest of the process.
