EDIT: actually I just checked my promotions inbox and I got the refund email about 30 minutes after the order email. Kind of ridiculous that a big retailer like BB has all their correspondence going into spam type folders 🙄

0) BE POLITE any and all times you are talking to a customer agent or anyone working in the service industry. You always get better service and you don't ruin someone's day.
1) Put Apple Watch SE Gen 2 in cart at Best Buy: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/appl...Id=6340238 [bestbuy.com]
2) Chat with agent from this link, not from price match page (click 'other' then 'chat now'): https://www.bestbuy.com/contact-u...tion=other [bestbuy.com]
3) Tell them you want to price match staples without mentioning the item, when they ask what item send them the item link not the model number so you reduce the chance they spot the model number difference.
4) When they ask for the link of the staples item, tell them this: it's www.staples.com [staples.com] then click deals -> weekly ad -> page 8
5) They'll go and check for a few minutes. If they come back and deny the price match, thank them politely, end the chat, and start from step 1 again!
Took me two tries this way 😎
1. open chat via online at bb
2. be nice and ask for pricematch with staples.
3. refer them to staples website weekly ad page 8.
4. if reject disconnect chat and try with another rep/ if they agree to pricematch, manual order and give them order # to refund the credit difference.
5. post on slickdeals bragging about successful pm

1- Placed order for 45mm Starlight for pickup for $429+tax=$464.39
2- Chat Agent for Price Match (provided StaplesConnect ad link and BestBuy Order#)
3- Agent confirmed the Staples price
4- He took few minutes and then issued refund for $162.37 and provided Confirmation#
