Never order in advance, otherwise they can put notes on the order when denied, and then your guaranteed to be denied on following attempts.

No I didn't not place an order first, went through the online chat support first asking for a price match…sent the ad + sku.

Was told to place an order and send the order number to the chat rep and refunded.
