Even tho my rep confirmed the series 8 as price matched and I already paid. I'm not sure he actually went ahead and did the refund because the last message was ok I'm transferring you another team who can help after he said he was going to refund the difference. Now can't get any rep at all to talk to. Might may cancel it

You literally have to get that one rep who doesn't care at all. Problem is I don't think he actually followed thru because after he asked if I paid (which I did) he's like "great now I will transfer you to another team to assist" then it said over and hour to spell with someone and it hasn't changed much at all now still says 48 mins this is stupid and not worth the time now

I still got 2 SE's (new) off the deal but non are cellular which is a bummer. Some people got the cellular to price match. It's just a numbers game cycle thru as many reps as you can until you get what you want
