When I selected subscribe and save my shipping date was for Oct.1
Maybe it depends on the amount of stock at the time of ordering.

You can change your deliver date. Maybe you regular subscription deliver date was set on beginning of the month, and Amazon wants to take its time to fill your orders.

Depends on when your usual subscribe and save date is/if you have other things coming already. My guess is your date is coming up soon and it can't be added in time.
Mine is the 26th so it's telling me oct.26th (obviously they won't ship it out today).
You could always do the subscribe and save and have it delivered in 2 days, but with only 5% off not the 15

Opening the shells is half the fun. It's the lead in to the wonderful tasting nut! Plus you can suck out all the saltiness that is stuck on the shell!

With these low prices on pistachios, I now grab a handful, chuck them in my mouth and have my teeth individually separate the nut from the shell! Just please spit the shells out into your hand or an empty cup & not on the floor!
