I'm torn - I have some compatible B&D cordless tools - a 7" circular saw and drill/driver. Both are made from cheap plastic and broke after a few good years of use. The circular saw still works, but the blade guard stop is partially broken so I have to hold it open to start a cut. It also locked up a few times where I had to disassemble it to make it work again. I tried to use the driver on a stuck bolt and locked up the chuck to where it can't move, even with substantial force. I understand that B&D makes light duty tools for a homeowner not a professional, but I'd expect this gimmicky one to be even worse.
I've bought into the Ryobi One+ set and haven't had durability problems with any of their tools after extensive use.
On the other hand... I could use a compact sander and oscillating multi-tool for the rare occasions when I need one.
Whew, that was a tough decision! Not buying, but I certainly would if I had a smaller work area and needed more of the tools.
