FYI, there's some other BS fee attached that ends up making the total $120ish. That said we did this last go around, I don't regret it.

To be fair to Sirius.,.they don't control those fees. Those are licensing fees they have to pay for the music and content. They don't get a penny of that $


Also streaming is included as well for all Sirius packages. So you can use this with your phone. Or even better is using with Alexa or google speakers. "Hey google play (channel name or number) on Sirius XM' and it will play. Perfect for when you have company over and want background music. Or for me I use it for music during the day working.

I get that they don't control it, but it's a bit disingenuous to not mention it up front as it's like a 20% price bump.

I agree the streaming is a major benefit, we use it regularly at the house. Probably at least 3x as much as I use the car radio. They have a decent Apple TV app too.

I tried access as well and only got $4.99 a month for 6 months. Customer service claims my radio doesn't qualify for this promotion and refused to give me that price.

My subscription is ending in about 2 weeks. Tried to get this deal through online chat, and they're telling me it only applies to vehicles 2015 or older. So told them it doesn't say that in the offer, but if that's the case then I would like to run-out my current subscription and not have it renew. They caved and gave me the deal. Thanks, OP!

For reference: I have a 2019 Hyundai Sonata.
