Reviews suggest this will siphon about 15W of power so consider that when pairing it with a power supply and your associated device/laptop.

I was hoping to find information confirming functionality with chromebooks and Samsung phones, but only saw notes regarding PCs (especially Surface tablets) and M1 Macs.

Good luck!

Anker has become the Gucci of chargers and cables. I don't know where they got the idea to upcharge consumers for their products. Especially since other companies are using the same technology and manufactured in China. Crazy to me.

They have a Western friendly sounding name, even though they source from the same factory in Shenzhen

This is why Westerners will buy Oneplus phones but not Xiaomi

Agreed. They are charging $70 for a 20k power pack and it's old tech, compared to their competition, yet people are still buying them.

Save $10 with this if you want an extra C port for data transfer and don't need a headphone jack
USB A degrades from 10GB to 5GB
Decent reviews

People are buying for their reliability and attention to select details that matter to some people (over the competition) - Better cables, plugs, fit and finish, etc.

The thing about Anker for me...I bought 5 or 6 of their USB-A to -C cables way back when, and it turned out they were all garbage. They wouldn't retain a connection with two different phones so I would frequently wake up in the morning to a completely dead phone even when it was charging all night. Not sure I've forgiven them this...

When I was searching around a month back, Monoprice was cheaper and similar build quality. This is kind of expensive at $40.
