Initially I read it that way too. But it's merely refunding delivery charges with Plus paying lower fee to begin with.
"All we charge is a nominal delivery fee to cover the cost of our delivery drivers. The delivery fee is $8 for Plus members and $12 for Club members per order."

I put 4 things in my cart and they said my order is too large for delivery. Wth might as well get things shipped for free. Noticed that they are starting to charge higher prices for shipped items why again am I paying for plus membership

Gas is same price for everyone
The value prescription plan for plus doesn't work in my state

I think they are saying the difference between regular membership and PLUS membership, not membership vs NO membership. Gas price is the same for all memberships.
