Would never buy a razor again. Customer service is horrible. Brought a black widow keyboard last year, and n key sometimes auto spamming.

Quote from LavenderClub910 :
Razer products are trash, especially their keyboards. repeated keystrokes, loss of connection, not registering keypresses are all common issues with their products. Before 2014 they used CherryMX keys. After that they used garbage kail keys and now they make their own. The Cherry key versions (pre-2015) are the only ones that are reliable. There are many people who had their keyboards fail and replaced within just months of ownership... only to receive brand new replacements that developed the same problems.
I'll second that - before 2014 Razer keyboards were built with Cherry MX, then they switched to Kailh, as the result quality went down substantially, in my own experience. Disappointment and frustration are not worth shiny (fluorescent green) bells&whistles.
