just an FYI -- $100 for opening a credit card is not that great.

2% cashback is not bad, although citi double cashback has the same, but offers $200 for opening that credit card.

It's cash they put on an Apple branded visa debit card, you can transfer it to your bank account, spend it directly, or they automatically use it for Apple card payments

Pretty boring credit card sign up bonus compared to $400-700 bonus you typically get with other banks. I wouldn't waste a hard pull on this.

But with those you usually have to spend a lot(anywhere from $500-$4000) ! This one ANY purchase gets you $100. I don't get why people are complaining about it. If you're that worried about a credit card hit then don't get it, but don't dis a gd.

you're comparing apples to oranges though. those cards require thousands in spend and likely an annual fee. A hard pull hit doesn't mean much

It's a decent deal, nothing wrong with comments criticizing it.

I look at many different deals and sometimes choose not to pull the trigger if someone makes a good argument against it.
