I noticed that a lot of the neighborhood market Walmarts changes the price to $10 in Texas. Not sure if its everywhere or just based on region

Play around with your local stores and any secondary address if you have one. I was able to get them that way, shipped to a relative.

Changed pickup store to a random Walmart even though all stores around me are OOS and price dropped to $10, max of 3. 12 packs total grossing $2.50. Per pack not bad, thanks op!

Thanks! I was able to get this to work by trial and error with the stores around me, but it still was able to ship with the $10 price.

I can duplicate it for shipping to home for $10, but even at $2.50 a pack the value generally isn't there for this expansion. The top three cards are about $42, $36 and $31 respectively (mewtwo vstar secret, mewtwo v alternate, dragonite vstar secret)

Evolving skies is the best pack to go after in terms of expected value per pull.
