Jimmy John's 20%, $5 max, exp 10/4

Macy's 20%, $10 max, exp 10/4 (online only)
At least the BB and HD offers I can roll to 3rd party GC; probably also Dollar Tree (do they sell GC?)

I have SP, Marriott and IHG. And, the number of offers I have at any time is SP>Marriott>IHG.
Mine didn't trigger either, for what it's worth.
