Where do you see that? My understanding of it is if you registered and recieved the confirmation email, then you have one waiting for you at that store as long as you arrive somewhere in that time period. The first-come, first-serve is referring to the registration. I can vouch for this because the first store I registered at I only got a 5 off 50 coupon because that store had run out of lights. The second one I tried, I was succesfull.

I think this is incorrect. They give you the option of two pick up times and that makes me believe that they are holding them for people that have registered. Why else would they have that option if any random person could just go and grab one?

I had no such time option. And it's first come, first served for those who registered. They are obviously not capping registrations at 100.

Did you possibly quote the wrong person? I did register, and I fully believe that I will be given one if I show up between those times that were indicated, because I can't fathom Lowes offering this promotion, giving you specific times of day to pick it up, and then bagging out on it. I asked the person I quoted to please tell me if they have seen anything in writing as to any chance they won't follow through on this offer.

Knowing the store employees at my nearest store, they will give it to anyone who asks for one without checking email. Better be there in the morning if you want one
