Fantastic wireless headset. This used to be my favorite headset but it was getting hot and making my ears sweaty. I bought an open back headset to help with the heat.

I've noticed openbacks feel better overall because the sound has a way to escape.

This is a great headset. I didn't like the ear pads being leather. I added velour earpads to them and they were great.

I switched back to an open back as well, but my son loves the Hyper X wireless. I went to Sennheiser HD6XX headphones and a Blue Yeti mic.

I got the DROP + EPOS PC38X GAMING HEADSET. It sounds good and the microphone is good as well. It is wired which is a negative but I noticed that open back headsets are more expensive than closed back headsets.

Would these be good for a workplace (sales calls, etc.)? They look nice and the description says noise cancelling mic

Can anyone compare the comfort and feel of those to the wired Cloud Alpha version? Been using Cloud Alpha and have been very happy, but would like to go wireless if the comfort is similar

Actually it has a 3.5mm jack which allows it to work with any Xbox controller with the 3.5mm adapter that was on sale for $20 back in January/February which was a SD front page deal so it does work with Xbox it's just that it will be stereo (not 7.1) and not truly wireless. If you really want true wireless you can get the Cloud X Flight for $14 more for $90 but at that point you might aswell start looking at better headsets for the $100 price range that are better and come with 7.1

This is exactly why I'm on the fence on this because I already have 2 Corsair Void pro RGB which work with everything except Xbox Series X. I'll probably just wait for a really good deal on a Series X headset.

Edit: after seeing video reviews they do not come with 3.5mm cable so YMMV If you use a USB C to 3.5mm cable/adapter.
