And if it's anything like the gas station category bonus on my Discover card, third party gift cards are included (3rd party GC aren't listed as excluded at least).
So if your local gas station, like mine, has a gift card rack with Amazon gift cards, you should be able to use this deal to buy up to $1500 in Amazon credit and get up to $150 back.
And if you'd rather buy gas but you won't max out the deal before the end of the offer period, you can purchase a $1500 gift card to the gas station itself in order to lock in the 10% return.
Anyone have first hand experience using these Chase deals that way?
