They are among the top 3 pharmacies in America yet their website and app is crappy as f. Their Business Technology leadership should be fired immediately.

Both the app and the website have been super-glitchy the last few days - emptying the cart yup. And also things showing as in stock, adding to cart then going out of stock 5 minutes later...but you can add it back in, hurry through checkout, and actually get the product. Super annoying!

To say the least. Can't they hire a few cheap developers to revamp and change their website and e-commerce business.
In this age and era the company's life line is online business.

Walgreens has a decent pharmacy, tho. Much better than CVS. Does anyone know CVS owns Aetna, the health insurance mammoth? How is that even legal??

***Tip, if you have Aetna insurance, they try hard to make it seem like you must use CVS Pharmacy for your prescriptions.
It is not true. I called and found out you can add an "opt-out" to your health insurance profile, and then use the pharmacy of your choice. But... you have to ask permission???

Walgreens messed up their website, they should have kept the drugstore. com website when they acquired the e-commerce online store, instead they continue to develop glitchy Walgreens.com which was a newbee at that time. I complained multiple times in store and CSR whenever I come across in last 3-5 years. ZERO improvement šŸ¤¦šŸ»
