This was SUPER confusing, but I did get it to work. You basically have to add both those offers via PayPal, go to the Google Play Store, buy something and PAY USING THE LINKED PAYPAL ACCOUNT, just go on blind-faith that it will work (not reflected anywhere during the checkout process), and then when you get a receipt you'll see that you paid whatever the price of the thing was minus $15 and then it automatically withdraws from some other account (didn't use my preferred one).

Basically, Google Play Store interface is a dumpster fire of user-experience, but this does eventually work, as OP stated. Good find...Google, for the love of god, fix your UX (maybe spend less time building random projects like Stadia, only to shut them down a year later).

You can ask refund via "google play purchase history" then select "Bought by mistake" They refunded in 1 min.

Per the terms, the purchase must be made on the website. However, I did an in-app purchase and it worked.

I added PayPal to my Google Pay [google.com], and then made an in-game purchase with PayPal as the checkout method, and the promotions applied. (You can't see that the promotion works until after the purchase by going to your PayPal activity.)

If you have multiple PayPal accounts, you can add the 2 promos to each PayPal account, add each PayPal account to the same Google Pay account, and do this promo multiple times. I tested it and it works.

I hope this helps,
Tofu Vic

Worked with in app purchase.
Messed up with $14.99 and got $5 off.
Used $3 coupon and bought $19.99 bundle for $16.99 and got $10 off for 2nd transaction.
Could've gotten both deals off with just 2nd transaction, meh

Tried to buy space balls ($14.99 plus tax) but it's been 1/2 hour and the payment hasn't gone through yet for some reason. 🤔

Well maybe it's different for the $10 but the $15 didn't work.
Yea, I re-read your post. Had taxes put you over the $15, I believe you would've gotten both credits

So many great ebook options available. Use your imagination, especially non-fiction.

Clip $4 off $4 coupon as well and you can grab a $20 ebook for free.

Followed instructions exactly. Only took $5 off purchase of Top Gun Maverick. I was charged tax so total exceeded $15. I'm in MN.

Tried and google play doesn't accept US paypal for a game that's specifically Japanese google play only.

Should I find a movie or get Fire Emblem Heroes orbs?

I checked my PayPal statement, and apparently Google didn't charge me tax.. so my purchase was literally $14.95 😂 that explains why I didn't hit the next tier

Does the $15 amount have to be a single app that costs $15+? Or could it be multiple apps equaling in value of $15+, to qualify for reimbursement?
