Saw and received the $10 and $5 coupons on PayPal but when I made the Target purchase it didn't work. It charged my credit card.

Worked on desktop browser. Got an authorization email from PayPal that shows the $15 discount.

When I made an order from target for a $15 gc, target rejected the order. Paypal still showed that my vouchers were applied to the $15 order even though the vouchers showed up later and are still showing up on my account now.

Going to wait until 8pm to see if the order was released

Probably dead by now. When choose pay with Paypal, it will show the choose payment page which shows 2 offers applied $15 off, but when click place your order back in target site , error message: there was an issue with PayPal

Those who said their order went through probably done this deal earlier

Still have my $30 in Target gift cards. No cancellation from Target or charge from PayPal. PayPal does say that it's still authorizing the transaction, but they sent me two emails saying "Congrats your order was covered with offers!" Also, zero charges from Target or PayPal in my bank account. I'm sorry to the people that are getting charged, but I guess the only way to get away with this was by doing digital $15 gift cards.

I ordered $15 Target GC (email delivery to another email account).. Had issues multiple times with the app and finally switched to mobile browser and order was successful. Received order confirmation from both target and paypal.
After 30 minutes target cancelled my order with below text

"We're sorry to inform you that we had to cancel your order #######. There was a technical issue that prevented us from fulfilling your order.

You have not been charged for the canceled items. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

wow target deactivated both of my $15 GC from my account, just check my GC balance and $30 gc completely gone. wow unbelievable.

Looks like if you have not selected any card and placed the order for just $15, it's fully covered. But, if you have used a card and made a purchase more than $15, PayPal is applying the full charge to the card used.

It showed the discount on my item (not a gift card) but after checking out the email and in paypal show full price. Guess will have a return to make unless it changes.

Paypal gonna have fun cleaning up this mess tomorrow.... I tried to place order on web wouldn't let me. Tried placing on app and it gave me an error but Paypal emailed me saying it was good. I did it a few more times and have 3 "charges" in Paypal account and no Target order. Oh well....
