For this Target deal, when I chose Paypal as a method of payment and logged into my Paypal account, it said 2 Paypal offers are applying to this Target order. However, when I tried to submit the order for $15 Target GC with $15 Paypal discounts, I got error message on Target app and I could not complete the transaction. The interesting thing is I did receive the email from PayPal saying the full amount was covered for Target order. I have not received Target order comfirmation email. My Target account is not showing this transaction. My Paypal account is showing Target transaction as "pending" with $15 discount was used and showing my total was $0.
Can't process card. Verify your card info and try entering it again. If you keep getting this error, contact your card provider"
Now Target says my order was cancelled due to technical error 😤
