I hadn't seen the site itself, but all the Sony refurbished deals on eBay are sold by them, with many happy sders.

I ordered the wf-1000XM4 last week and they got here Tuesday. So less than 4-5 business days. Headphones were actually very clean. I would buy again

I am not sure I understand what the difference is between refurb and used? With refurb does someone go and remove a scratch for example but with used you get what you get sort of thing?

Got one of these new a while back. Very good noise canceling. I am thinking of getting one for throwaway like for lawn care stuff. But $150 is still a bit much. I think there will be a nice deal on BF this year.
