I'd stay away from this company. They sent me a defective product in a damaged box and demand that I send it back on my own dime for a refund. Lol. Shipping costs more than the product (about $40) due to dimensions of the box. I got a crappy sound bar that shuts off after an hour when not in use and resets the volume to zero every time. it's unusable, sounds about the same as the TV speakers, and refuses to connect to anything via Bluetooth (only connected once to one device and then lost the connection).

I disputed the charge, but Monoprice keeps fighting it and PayPal doesn't read my complaint and demands proof that I returned the item. Not worth my time to try to follow up. Learned lesson there as well. Using PayPal has it's disadvantages.

sometimes its better to call in person. before when i had a problem that was getting twisted with a different seller they sided in my favour even reversing their decision after i called.

Paypal has a free return shipping program (sadly, the program will end soon). Didn't you sign up for the program? You just print a return shipping label from Paypal.
