Usually it's $169, very highly rated. I bought it 3 months back good performance.

The Max* PSI they show is with no flow and the Max* GPM is with no pressure. Neither will get much work done. More accurate numbers are on their website.
Rated Pressure (PSI): 1450
Rated Flow (gallons/min.): 1.24

Got this one during the prime day sale. Its not strong enough for outdoor surfaces, even to get dirt and grime off. Maybe you can use it to wash your car with, but not sure what else I'd recommend it for. Bought a 3400 psi gas powered westinghouse that is incredibly more powerful

I was able to successfully clean the concrete pathway which was not cleaned for years and the wooden deck and cement block patio which had lot of algae.. I used the yellow nozzle for all this. Seems to have worked well for me.

Electric > Gas
You can only pull a limited amount of power through a 110v 15amp outlet, so these little electric units will always pale in cleaning power performance compared to a gas powered unit. Though there are other attributes that may make electric more appealing if you are willing to accept their low performance.

After about 6 years of use and occasional abuse running-while-dry, mine occasionally struggles to build pressure but otherwise works well. Some cheaper washers don't use the standard quick-connect tips but this does, which allows attachment of extensions, foam cannons, etc.

It tips over a bit too easily and the hose/cable holders are jokes.

It includes a 20' hose, which is barely long enough to wash a car without repositioning the machine. I'm much happier with a 30' hose.

I use mine for:
* Car wash using a cheap DUSICHIN foam cannon. Works well. Auto-stop (motor is off unless actively spraying) is much nicer than a gas engine constantly running. I like giving the cars a quick rinse on the few warm winter days.
* House wash using a STYDDI 90 inch extension to wash the second floor/gutters.
* Cleaning household items, floormats, etc. Works wonders on plastic lawn furniture.
* Light cleaning of concrete. It will clean but it's very slow.

For concrete/brick, using a surface cleaner on a more-powerful gas pressure washer will be massively, like 10x, faster. But I use my gas washer like 1 weekend a year; my SPX-3000 is all other times.
