Seriously, don't. If between sizes, the safe choice is to go down, not up. If you are "racing" or aspiring to be, again, rarely the choice is to go bigger (be it for EWS, XCO or the TDF, actually, the vast majority of riders size down or are on the edge of upper range for the recommended sizing for consumers).
Curb your enthusiasm and machismo, find a bike that fits you or just skip.

It costs $20 more. Not sure how they compare in size and weight.
(Also noticed that this one does not have front disc brake)
Definitely had to put some work into it, but its working decently enough for now and I enjoy riding it.
- Front wheel would wobble when rotating - it had a slight bend or something. Called customer service and they shipped me a new wheel for free without much hassle - had to transfer the tube, tire, disc brake, and reflector to new wheel.
- Bought a different seat from Amazon because the one it came with was not comfortable
- Walmart bike assembler did a quick and dirty job, had to fine tune everything (tighten all screws, adjust shifter tensions and max range, adjust handlebar, adjust brake tensions, etc.)
- The brake pads on the rear V brakes were basically melting away from light braking. Bought cheap brake pads on Amazon to replace them
