I've hit my $400 cap back in June but I agree, it's some bs. I try to go with Lowes when I can since there's no cap… but they also don't sell Milwaukee Frown

Offering a military discount or a senior discount is a privilege for the recipient, not a right. HD can determine the limits of the discount. We should be grateful for what we receive rather than complain it is not enough.

I was able to order a starter battery kit with the 2.0 and 4.0 amp batteries, then add the blower. The 'hack' brought the M12 blower down to 56.01. I also did the same with the M12 Rover light for 44.95.
