I got the code that it's has already redeemed.

I've Submitted the request to provide another key.
Instead, I got the refund as a store credit. (They said they can refund to paypal if I contact, so that is the next step I took)
Since I prefer not to re-order from this site, submit another ticket and currently waiting to actual refund instead of store credit.
At least I know their customer service is kinda/sorta working.
