Yeah I don't know about this site…
personally I got my cards activated so I can't say.
Got pre-used code, submit ticket for new code... instead refund as Store Credit.
Re-submit the ticket to state Need refund to Paypal instead of StoreCredit.
24hours later, no activity.
Reply the ticket e-mail and re-state the refund to Paypal.
if nothing happens today, planned to dispute from Paypal, but just received refund.
Wish I got the working code, but sometime you win, sometime you lose, not all battle, or purchase are win-able. Still I got refund, so only time and effort is wasted, but not money.
