it is random I have like 10 amex cards and it was on most of them but i added to platinum personal one because i am doing the retention offer

I made a new profile few days earlier and was able to log on and check out with another email and ship it to my other address. Not shipped yet but amex offer and r10 cb triggered.

I saw it started charging $20 for shipping when I used the TCB link. Also, TCB isn't tracking the session on the last couple of orders so I think the deal is burned now since the MM option is questionable.

Waited too long on this deal and laithwaites pulled the intro offer. Hopefully they will reinstate it or a similar offer before the AmEx credit deal expires. Otherwise I will have to be happy with the bottles I got from WSJwine thru AmEx

Yeah I just got the same message declining my cashback claim from TCB. However since you could use this offer twice I also made a purchase through AAdvantage eShopping (American Airlines) for 1500 miles. I had to submit a claim for that one too but after a couple of months Laithwaite's approved the purchase and the miles posted to my account.
