Since the promotion is until Oct 30, I might wait for release of Pixel 7 to see any Fi deal that could go with the Pixel 7

I could use a new phone, so I'll be checking out the offers which do not require a trade-in, but I don't have a number to port in and don't want to risk having Fi take over my GV number (I'm planning to use it with an Obi box), so I'd have to find the cheapest way to get one, if I found a good enough phone deal to tempt me into taking the Fi offer.
