      NY law is that the blade itself on a folding knife cant exceed 4 inches. These are definitely less than 4 inches.

      They'll go into the cork really well and hold, but they don't have some tool to lever it out, making the pull kind of annoying. Doable in a pinch (try holding the bottle and sort of tap the Victorinox UP rather than pulling), but much harder than a dedicated tool.

      This's what I was wondering about not having a lever to rest it on bottle edge to pull the cork up... also, the spiral isn't long enough to dig well into the cord of a wine... thanks for the feedback.
